The technical upgrade to the Freeview service was completed to schedule on 30 September and all signals are broadcasting.
According to Freeview, the vast majority of viewers appear to have retuned without any problems and can now receive the full range of digital channels.
These changes will boost existing Freeview coverage of Five and ensure the channel is universally available after digital switchover. They will also allow for the introduction of Freeview HD services from early 2010.
Any viewers requiring help with retuning can call the TV Retune helpline on 08456 05 11 22 or visit www.tvretune.co.uk
