Questions about: Sky Quad LNB For Sky +
Question:
Can I connect two sky Boxes to one satellite dish
Response
It is possible, but only if you use an LNB with mulitple outputs. You can`t just split the cable like you may be able to do with terrrestrial aerials. A satellite splitter won`t do the same job. The LNB will get conflicting commands from the two receivers. Depending on which channels you select you might get both, neither, or something completely diffferent. Mostly you`ll get "no satellite signal is being received".

Question:
Can this quad band lnb work with Sky HD? I have a sky HD receiver and need a compatable dish.
Response
Yes it will. Sky HD is just like Sky+ in that you need two outputs. And if you already have Sky+ , you might want to keep that box under a multiroom subscription. So that`s four outputs needed at the very least.

Question:
can i use a free sat reciever with my sky dish & a sky quad LNB
Response
The new Freesat servcie requires a satellite dish of at least 48cm to pick up the signal. As a result an existing Sky dish is more than suitable

Question:
I see that i need a multipe outlet lnb to send a signal to a second tv do i also need another sky box?
Response
Absolutely. The signal will go into whatever receiver it is fed into, but the receiver will not be equipped to decode it and transit it to your TV.
