Questions about: Sky LNB

What infomation would you need to order an LNB I have been up on a ladder and it looks very much like this one for my sky mini dish. This seems to be whats at fault as we arnt recieving any signal.

If you have checked the LNB, and it is a direct replacement for an existing Sky dish, then this will suit you just fine.

what zone type to use in ireland

To be sure of getting a decent signal anywhere is Ireland, you really need to be looking at satellite dishes fo 80cm and above.

Question:
i need to change the lnb on my friends dish,this looks like the correct one.does the plastic pin hold the clip of the lnb onto the dish? if so if the pin breaks on removal is a spare pin available please?

We have not yet had an instance of the pin breaking, but should th eneed arise I am sure we could source a replacement pin for you.

Question:
The piece of plastic that holds the LNB in place (ie the piece of plastic part of which is screwed into the LNB and then slides into a plastic 'holder' attached to the satellite dish) is broken -Where can I source a replacement?
