Will this be able to bolt to a wall and hold an 8ft mast of 32mm diameter?

These clamps will take masts of up to 2 inches in diameter. according to my, possibly unreliable, calculations, this is in excess of the 32mm you require. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending these clamps to you.
