My current sky plus box keeps failing recordings. Clashes occur . I've formatted the disc to no avail. What is the guarantee this one won't do the same? |

Our technical help desk have informed me that you may want to look to altering the overlap from recordings, as on occasions the box tries to record 3 things at once.
If this doesn`t help, please let me know and we will see what else we can do for you.

No it doesn`t I`m afraid. To acquire a viewing card you need to contact Sky directly.
