will this plate work with 2 cables sky plus with tv on from a amp for a block of flats and a return to loft amp on a 3rd cable

Is this item screened? I have a Labgear HDU641 loft distribution box and require the outlet plate to be unscreened so I can use the Skylink I/R unit. Many thanks
